  1. Your personal data is controlled by Piotr Babst when carrying out economic activity at Babst Consulting Piotr Babst, with its registered office in Poland, 60-446 Poznań, ul. Kościerzyńska 107.

Pursuant to this Privacy Policy personal data is defined as all and any information about a natural person identified or identifiable by one or several specific factors, including the device IP address, location data or an online identifier, as well as information collected through cookies and other similar technology.

  • complying with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR);
  • analytical and statistical research, consisting in analysing the activity of Users as well as their preferences in order to improve service quality (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
  • marketing the Controller’s products or services, including personalised ones (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
  • pursuing or securing claims (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
  1. If the User gives consent, personal data will also be processed for the purpose of measuring User satisfaction with the services provided (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR).
