Reorganizations

“Everything changes.”
A change is the result of constant competitive struggle and the passage of time. A successful day at work should be an incentive to make further improvements tomorrow. This philosophy is the foundation of continuous improvement.

However, there are moments when you need to change a lot within a short period of time – i.e. to reorganise. Usually, its objective is to gradually improve the process or a fraction of the company’s organisation. Effective reorganisations should be carried out as soon as possible and with full commitment of the team involved. Employee motivation and a good plan, which would increase effectiveness of sales, production, administration, etc., are the recipe for a successful reorganisation.

My services include the preparation and/or implementation of:

  • an analysis of potential changes, in efficiency and synergy, related to reorganisation
  • a plan (including its presentation) and the reorganisation schedule
  • a team to manage and carry out the reorganisation
  • a reorganisation project with an analysis of the level of the achieved objectives after the completion of the process.
